In the circumstances of requesting the cancellations of your reservations,
The %100 of the total amount will be refunded for the cancellations that being made 16 days and over.
The %50 of the total amount will be refunded for the cancellations that being made 15-8 days to the admission date.
There will be no refund for the cancellations that being made before 7-0 days to the admission date.
